1. Introduction

Event Name: WarpTactics GT (WT GT)
Date: 12.-13.9.2026
Location: Sokolovna Boskovice, Sokolská 221 (30 km north of Brno, Czech Republic)
Organizer: RedBeard Association z.s. and WarpTactics

WT GT is the premier single based Warhammer 40,000 event in the Czech Republic, aiming to bring together experienced and aspiring players to compete in a high-quality, internationally recognized environment.

2. Tournament Structure

WT GT: A two-day single tournament featuring 5 rounds and 2000-point armies.

Tournament Format

• Single player
• Players will compete in a 5-round Swiss system.
• 120 player cap for the tournament.
• Armies built with 2000 points following current WTC guidelines.

3. Rules and Regulations

• The tournament follows the latest edition of Warhammer 40,000.
• Army lists must be submitted via Best Coast Pairings (BCP) by 6th of September 2026.
• All miniatures must be fully assembled and WYSIWYG.
• All full painted models will be awarded by additonal 10VP per game.
• Players are expected to bring their own dice, measuring tools, and rulebooks.
• Tables will be set up according to WTC terrain standards.

4. Scoring System

Each match will be scored following the WTC scoring rules

5. Player Conduct and Fair Play

• Respect your opponents and maintain a positive sportsmanship attitude.
• Any disputes should be reported to a referee immediately.
• Slow play, intentional rule manipulation, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties or disqualification.
• Dice rolls must be visible to both players, and rerolls must be clearly declared before rolling.

6. Awards and Recognition

• TOP 3 Teams: Trophies for the best teams
• Best in Paint: Award for the most beautifully painted army
• Best in Faction: Top-performing player of each faction Imperium/Chaos/Xenos
• Most Friendly Player: Voted by participants for best sportsmanship

7. Logistics and Registration

• Entry Fee: 1.250CZK per player
• Pre-sales Fee: 1.000CZK per player until 31st July 2026

• Registration Platform: Best Coast Pairings (BCP)
